Weather synopsis: March 22

1:00pm rain is the name of the game across the region as a storm system works into the Northeast. This system continue to produce a steady heavy rain as it re-develops off the coast of New England. This storm comes a week after a super soaker caused rivers and stream to rise above their flood stage. Like the last storm system, this one will produce strong winds to go along with the rain. The rain should come to an end tomorrow. In the wake of this storm sunshine will return however, temperatures will run below average as a sharp quick moving cold front infiltrates the region with high temperatures in the 30's and 40's by early this weekend.
